Click the Save button to save your scene as an Aquatica Scene or Windows Bitmap. You will be prompted for the file name. If you save as an Aquatica Scene (the default), you will be able to edit the scene later in Scenery Maker, using the Open button.
Aquatica Scene

If you want to use your scene in Aquatica, you must save it in the default Scenery folder. If you installed Aquatica in the default location,
this will be C:\Aquatica 3\Scenery.
To view your scene in Aquatica, open Aquatica Settings and select the Scenery tab. Click the None button to clear the current selection, then click your scene to select it.
Windows Bitmap (*.bmp)
To save a snapshot of your scene (e.g. for printing), click the Save button and choose Windows Bitmap from the 'Save as type' drop-down list.
If you want to edit the scene in future, you must save it as an Aquatica Scene too.
Windows Wallpaper
The Desktop button lets you save the current scene as your desktop wallpaper.
The file will be saved as ASMwallpaper.bmp in your Windows directory. Each time you click the Desktop button, this file is overwritten.
