Primetime Multimedia Ltd Aquatica 3D/Scenery Maker Affiliate Agreement
By becoming an affiliate you are agreeing to the terms and conditions specified below. Violation of any terms will result in cancellation of your account and possible forfeit of affiliate revenue. This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual or entity’s participation in the Primetime Multimedia Ltd, affiliate 'Instant Vendor' program (“the Program”) as used in this agreement, “Affiliate” means the applicant.


Term

1.	The term of this agreement shall commence on the date that an approved link to Primetime Multimedia Ltd. web site is placed on Affiliate’s site. It will expire when terminated by either party with five days written or emailed notice.
2.	Upon termination, Affiliate agrees to remove the link from their site.

Primetime Multimedia Ltd – Obligations

1.	Primetime Multimedia Ltd will supply Affiliate with graphical banners and buttons that can be placed on affiliate’s site and act as a links to Primetime Multimedia Ltd web site.
2.	Primetime Multimedia Ltd will compensate affiliate for each Affiliate – Generated purchase. An “Affiliate – Generated purchase” shall be defined by a purchase made using the Affiliate’s unique order code.
3.	The payment of commission is US$5.00 per Affiliate – Generated purchase. The payment of commission will be made on a monthly basis. The payment of commission is US$10.00 per Affiliate – Generated 'Instant Vendor' purchase. The monthly payment check (cheque) will be issued on 30^th of each month, after 45 days of the affiliate generated purchase date. There will be no minimum payment proviso or, However, no payments will be made for less than US$50, and any such amounts will be carried over to the next month or until the amount increases, so as to qualify. Affiliates with valid 'Instant Vendor ID codes' also receive 4 quarterly Profit Shares from the date of registration
4.	Quantities for Affiliate – generated purchases shall be solely determined by the order reports of Primetime Multimedia Ltd accounting system. Affiliate will have a system available to them to check quantities of sales, refunds, etc..
5.	On a monthly basis, Primetime Multimedia Ltd will provide Affiliate with a report. This report will include the number and amount of Affiliate – Generated purchases, including refunds and charge backs.
6.	Refunds and charge backs will be deducted from affiliate balance and adjusted on the next payment. Primetime Multimedia Ltd, offer a “strict 30 day” money – back guarantee on all sales. All refund requests are to be actioned by the Primetime Multimedia Ltd Support Team (email: support@clubaquatica.com) and must always be supported by customer’s order number or transaction I.D.

Affiliate – Obligations

1.	Affiliate will place a graphical or textual link to Primetime Multimedia Ltd. website in a manner consistent with artwork and/or text provided by Primetime Multimedia Ltd.
2.	Affiliate will code all links to Primetime Multimedia Ltd. In the manner specified by Primetime Multimedia Ltd in the affiliate acceptance email.
3.	Affiliate will not promote Primetime Multimedia Ltd products by Spam, bulk email, posting to News Groups, or any other means that violate net etiquette. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of this agreement. If you have any questions about whether a certain method of advertising is allowed, ask us.

Modification

At any time and in our sole discretion, Primetime Multimedia Ltd may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement by emailing a revised agreement to you. If a modification is unacceptable by the Affiliate, your only recourse is to terminate your participation in the Program. Your continued participation in the Program following receipt of a revised agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new revised agreement.
